My Sleep Life
I might be concerned for my health.
FBC Arkadelphia invited me to play drums with them this morning, so I got up a little early. After the service I met back up with Aubrey, and we ate lunch at this great new Mexican food place in town. I could have gone BACK to church for worship round #2 after that food. He deserves the glory it was marvelous.
I came back to the dorm and began working on a research paper but couldn't focus, so I decided to take a quick nap.
I woke up and made a little progress when I realized I had left my phone in my car. When I got back in the room I was way too tired from the 4min journey. Strange. I couldn't do, anything? Confused, I laid down in my bed. Mistake.
I awoke angered. Something was wrong because after this 2nd two-hour nap I was… still tired? How frustrating!
I got 6hrs of sleep the night before, and had an easy morning (physically). Six hours of sleep and four hours of nap does not equal tired, right? All this thinking is making me sleepy… CAREFUL…
OK DANG IT. That was a big 4hr job. I have now banked more nap hours than sleep hours. 6 hours in the bed last night and 8 hours today. WHAT IN THE DAD GUM WORLD? It is now 12:30 in the morning. I am expecting to say, "well after all that napping my schedule is way off, but I'm ready to get something done now!" No. I find myself pining for the linens.
Odd.
It's 12:30. I am thankful for sleep and McDonalds. I slept through dinner so I'm going to run and grab some nourishment.
